OMD Terms & Conditions
These terms define your rights and responsibilities when using OMD.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OMD (OhMyDate). By creating an account or using OMD, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use OMD.
You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Responsibilities

- •Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- •You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
- •Do not create multiple deceptive accounts or impersonate others.
4. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use OMD respectfully and lawfully.

- •No nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual content.
- •No fraud, spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
- •No activity that violates laws or third-party rights.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant OMD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process it for operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have rights to share it.
6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party billing providers (such as app stores). Refunds and cancellation rights are subject to provider policies and applicable law.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal/security risks.
You may stop using OMD at any time. Certain legal obligations may continue after termination.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OMD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or compatibility with all devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMD and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app with a revised date.
Continued use of OMD after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
