We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use OMD.
- •Account and profile data such as name, email, birth date, gender, photos, and profile details.
- •Usage data such as likes, matches, chats, preferences, and interaction history.
- •Device and technical data such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and log data.
- •Location signals (when enabled) to support distance-based matching and location-related features.
- •Payment and subscription status from billing providers (we do not store full card numbers).
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate, improve, and protect OMD.
- •Create and manage your account and profile.
- •Provide matching, messaging, notification, and safety features.
- •Monitor abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
- •Personalize your experience and improve app performance.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following cases:

5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security requirements.
When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can access and edit much of your profile in the app. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
You can manage push notifications in device settings and can request account deletion through in-app support.
8. Children
OMD is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app with an updated date.

For privacy or data requests, contact us through Settings > Contact Support in the app.
12. Child Safety and CSAE Standards
OMD has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, or any attempt to exploit minors.
We do not allow anyone under 18 to use OMD. Any account found to involve a minor is removed.
We actively investigate safety reports and take action that may include immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent bans, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- •Users can report profiles, messages, and media directly in-app via report and support tools.
- •Safety reports are prioritized and reviewed with urgency.
- •Confirmed CSAE violations result in immediate enforcement action.
- •We cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations as required by applicable law.
